• nhficfest is a fic and au fest dedicated to na jaemin and lee donghyuck! the mods of this fest hope to inspire more creators to make content for our favorite ship and hopefully showcase the fun dynamics of this incredible pair.

• fics and aus are encouraged! tag us in content created outside of the fest, including art, fancams, or nahyuck fics not submitted to our archive, and we will be happy to promote it for you!

MEET THE MODS

• mod fairy 🧚 : 21+ ( she/they ) — hiya ! i'm mod fairy, and i’m the one primarily in charge of the designing and logistics for the fest :) i’ve been into nahyuck for an embarrassingly long time so i’m excited for all the content that will come out of this! 🧚🏻 and thank you to mod ducky for running this with me <3• mod ducky 🐥: 21+ ( they/she ) — hi! i'm mod ducky, and i'll primarily be the one answering questions and sending out emails. i'm excited to see all of the prompts and content that come out of this fest. all of my love and thanks to mod fairy for running this with me <3

• because this is a nahyuck fest, nahyuck must be at the center of each fic. side ships and poly ships are allowed, but nahyuck is a must.
• nsfw fics are allowed and minors are allowed to participate in the fest, but minors can not submit or claim nsfw prompts.
• there will be three check-ins. while there is no minimum word count for check-ins, we do encourage authors to make progress between each one to reach a minimum of 1,000 words. fics can be oneshots or multi-chaptered in length!
• due to reasons that have been discussed ad nauseam and for the comfort of everyone involved, lucas is not to be featured in content.
• all heavy themes must be tagged appropriately. non-con, incest, bestiality, and fics that sexualize minors are not allowed.
• the goal is for the fest to be anonymous as much as possible. fic authors, please do not reveal your works before the appropriate time. au writers, we do not expect you to remain anonymous, but if you would like to post from a secret account for the sake of anonymity, that is allowed and appreciated as long as you let us know beforehand.
• please communicate with us if you need an extension or to drop out. these things happen, we just prefer to be kept in the loop.

    can we include poly ships?

    go for it! as long as nahyuck is involved, we don't see a problem with that.

    does it have to be a happy ending for nahyuck?

    nope. if they breakup at the end of the fic or the world ends and everyone dies, well. that's just the way it goes. just make sure your fic is properly tagged so that no one gets the wrong idea.

    is it possible to switch prompts?

    sure! the key is communication. if you claim a prompt but find that you can't fulfill it or you lose inspiration for it, that is totally fine. just shoot us a dm or email us at [email protected] with the prompt that you're dropping and the one that you'd like to claim. however, keep an eye on those deadlines. if you switch prompts close to the deadline, we can give you an extension but you'll only have so much time!

    can i send/claim multiple prompts?

    yes! prompters are encouraged to send as many prompts as they would like. and writers are free to claim more than one prompt. that said, you can only claim one at a time. if you finish one fic or au before the deadline and you think you have the time and energy to write another, fill out another claiming form and fire away!

    can i self-prompt?

    yes! there will be a separate form for self-prompters!
